B. Noelle Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for teenagers and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to connect, build friendships, grow their social skills, and feel a true sense
of belonging. Through social groups, community events, engaging activities, and community outreach, we create inclusive experiences that encourage confidence, independence, connection, and participation. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build friendships, discover their interests, be part of their community,
and simply belong. Through creativity and collaboration, we are creating
a community where everyone has the opportunity to grow, connect, and thrive.
Our Mission
To provide fulfillment in the lives of developmentally delayed teen and young adults by
offering social and educational opportunities and fostering meaningful relationships.

Why we do what we do
Everyone deserves meaningful friendships, social engagement, a sense
of belonging, educational opportunities and genuine human connections.
Our goal is to enhance the lives of those with special needs (as well
as anyone who gets involved) and spread joy and happiness along the way.
Look at the smiles on their faces... This is exactly why we do what we do!
